GWM Service Plan

Retail customers only purchasing via a cash sale or using GWM UK Finance products (Personal Contract Purchase or Hire Purchase only).

The service plan is not conditional to taking a GWM UK Finance agreementn

For new registrations completed from 1^st January – 31^st March 2026n         

Motability, Leasing and Contract Hire Sales (Personal and Business) are not eligible for the service plan.

The customer is entitled to the first 2 services free on the Haval Jolion Pro 1.5L petrol engine which covers the first (12m or 12,000miles) and second (24m or 24,000mile) service only.

Services are only redeemable within the GWM UK Retailer network, a list of eligible retailer partners can be found on our dealer locator.

Non serviceable items are not included in the service plan offer and will be documented by the retailer at the time of service and subject to additional cost at owner’s expense.

The service plan is not transferable to a second owner other than within the same family/household.

Eligible customers will receive confirmation of the service plan the month following vehicle registration from our service provider EMAC.
